The Camp Store will be open, serving free hot coffee.  Feel free to stop by and tell us about  2013 along with your resolutions for 2014.  We wish you all the best for the coming year and hope that you return often!

Dress Up Your Pet Day - Saturday, January 11th
Does your pet have an impeccable sense of style… or do you think so anyway?  Today is the perfect opportunity to show off their fashion accessories for this national holiday. If you don't already have bling for your best friend, you can ask one of our staff where the closest pet stores are or make your own that feature your pet's attitude.  Visit the Camp Store between 1-3 PM to have their picture taken.  Camp hosts will vote, and our favorites will be featured in the Vineyards Campground Blog and on our Facebook page! 

Community Campfire & S'mores – Saturday, January 18th, 7 PM
It's the perfect time of year to enjoy some warm, gooey S'mores around the community campfire near the Pavilion.  We'll have everything you need to make these delicious treats- marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate bars, candy sprinkles, and more!  If you have a family favorite, bring your secret ingredients! 

Candy Bar Bingo – Saturday, January 25th, 1-3 PM
This is one of the more popular campground gatherings- a lot of fun for the young-at-heart.  Eat lunch early, come play a few games of Candy Bar Bingo, and then enjoy your winnings for dessert!  We will supply everything needed; we just need all of you fun campers to join!  Come to the Camp Store and have some fun!

"Each fall several Amphicar owners meet at The Vineyards for a weekend of driving our water cars into the lake and sharing rides with interested onlookers. Some come in RVs and some tent camp. This year we enjoyed the added attraction of the RV show and free hot dog lunches at the campgrounds. We also rented the kayaks and paddle boats for additional water fun. The playground is a wonderful place for the kids to run and play freely. The Westlake firemen provided a delicious cookout for our evening meal before enjoying a free concert outdoor concert at Southlake Town Square. We look forward to visiting next year!"

The Camp Store will be closed for renovations January 6, 7 & 8. This popular amenity at the Vineyards Campground & Cabins will reopen sporting a new look. We are adding more space for RV Supplies, a frozen food area for your convenience and a fresh new look of all the popular items you have come to expect in the store.
