RV TIP FROM GOOD SAM CLUB sink.png

Sink covers look nice but are nearly useless when preparing food because they totally eliminate access to the sink. Cutting larger sink covers in half will allow the cook access to the sink without sacrificing all the surface area plus actually extend the countertop work area—a definite win-win!

Composite covers can be cut using any saw with a carbide blade. Use a file to round the edges. After cutting, the two pieces will continue to totally cover the sink if needed, look exactly the same when traveling, and since each piece is smaller, they are easier to remove and handle.

A second reason for cutting the cover is that this will allow you to place a dish drainer on the edge of the sink and the water will drip in the same sink. Think of this arrangement as access to 1.5 sinks.

Gorgeous!!

Absolutely beautiful! Huge sites, incredibly clean and neat, awesome staff, great little store with wonderful people working there...we can't say enough wonderful things about this park. It crushed us to leave but we already have our reservations to come back for Thanksgiving weekend! Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay here!!!

Happy Camper!

My husband and I spent a week-end at The Vineyards in Grapevine Tx with our daughter's family. They had been previously and loved how kid friendly it is. Their 8 & 11 year old boys take their bikes and ride freely throughout the park and they like the playground equipment. Renting a golf cart, boating, and fishing are also high on their list of activities. The free Kona Ice and Krispy Kreme donuts on week-ends are highly anticipated also. We were thrilled with the overall security and how impeccable the grounds are kept. We have two small dogs and they are welcomed and have plenty of room to explore. My only complaint would be that there are no cabins that allow pets. It would be a nice option to be able to rent a cabin when taking the RV isn't. Other than that, I love everything about this place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and strive to make sure your stay is as near perfect as possible. Shopping isn't usually one of the things you look for when choosing a campground but the fact that world class shopping is literally just down the road is every woman's dream! Our entire family had a great time and we will be back every chance we get.

Another notch!

We just spent a quick weekend at The Vineyards before the kids head back to school. I have to say, I am in love! This is now our FAVORITE place to bring the kids for a camping trip. The park is extremely clean, the staff were AMAZING, the park has plenty of activities for the kids, and we felt completely safe. The kids especially loved the special activities held by the staff. The water toy bingo and the Luau at the Lake were huge hits. And the Krispy Kreme donuts on Sunday, that was their favorite! They had fun just running around and being kids. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend getaway. This will now be our family camping destination. We can't wait until our next visit!
